With many organizations having their elections and new Officers and Board Directors soon to grab the reigns, Steve & I were discussing some of the decision making and management styles that have propelled and/or plagued the organizations we’ve been apart of. I hope that Steve’s humorous upcoming post on this subject lightens the cost of change in your community.
