ICE: In Case of Emergency

An idea that has been around for a while is adding an emergency contact to your mobile phone address book. Emergency contacts are commonly listed as ICE for In Case of Emergency.  Some cell phones make the process even easier by listing In Case of Emergency as the first entry in the address book.  It’s a simple addition that will allow first responders to contact your next of kin in an emergency.  Be sure to inform your ICE contact that you listed them as such.

Also add a backup contact (ICE2 - Aunt/Brother/etc), in case the primary ICE individual is unavailable.

What a better gift on Valentine’s Day than to be someone’s ICE?
